Whitecross School
Group status: We are mainly using lesson time to discuss the books.
Whitecross School in Lydney is a lovely sprawling complex of buildings with lots of lawns and trees in between. Right in the heart of this is the Library where the Carnegie Shadowing Groups meet as part of Accelerated Reader. This year, we have recruited all students participating from our Accelerated Reader group (all of Year 8). Since most of the nominated books are on AR, students can do the Carnegie Shadowing as well as AR! Brilliant!
