Friday lunchtime in the library

We're the "Books@Westonbirt" Reading Club, and we meet every Friday over lunch to share our addiction to fiction. We're all getting stuck into reading the Carnegie short list at the moment, and then next term we will be launching our annual 'Books@Westonbirt' book award!

What's the best thing about your favourite book?

I keep reading it over and over again and it's as comfortable as a pair of old slippers.
It changed the way I see the world.
I just love the characters and want to meet them right now.
It made me laugh a lot.
